These terms and conditions govern your participation in ProRakeback's Custom Grinder Deals program. This premium service provides enhanced rakeback rates for serious poker players who meet specific volume and eligibility requirements.

By participating in this program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before applying.

Registration Requirements

• Players must register at participating poker rooms exclusively through ProRakeback tracking links
• All welcome bonuses must be fully cleared according to each room's terms
• Extra rakeback eligibility begins only after the initial bonus period has ended
• Players must maintain active accounts in good standing at participating rooms

Volume Requirements

• Minimum Threshold: $300+ monthly rake across all participating rooms
• Consistency: Must maintain minimum volume for 3 consecutive months
• Verification: Volume tracked through official room reports only
• Multi-Room: Combined volume from multiple rooms counts toward total

Extra rakeback percentages are determined by monthly volume, stakes played, and the specific poker room. These rates are in addition to your existing rakeback deal.

Player Verification Requirements

• Username Submission: Provide your exact username for each participating room
• Account Verification: Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at each poker room where required
• Tracking Confirmation: We verify player linkage through our affiliate tracking systems

Volume Verification

• Rake volume is verified exclusively through official reports provided directly by poker rooms to ProRakeback
• No player-submitted screenshots or documents are required for volume verification
• All calculations are based on official room data to ensure accuracy and prevent disputes

Verification Timeline

• Initial setup verification: 1-3 business days after contact
• Monthly volume verification: Processed within 5 business days of month-end
• Payment processing: 3-7 business days after verification completion

Payment Methods

Extra rakeback payments are available through the following methods:

• Player Account: Direct credit to your poker room account (where supported)
• Neteller: Direct transfer to verified Neteller account
• Skrill: Direct transfer to verified Skrill account
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other supported cryptocurrencies

Payment Schedule

• Payments are processed monthly, typically by the 15th of the following month
• Minimum payment threshold: $50 USD equivalent
• Amounts below threshold are carried forward to the next month

Payment Fees

• ProRakeback covers all standard processing fees
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their chosen payment method provider
• Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are at current market rates

Player Responsibility

• It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure they can legally play poker in their jurisdiction
• Players must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding online gambling
• ProRakeback does not provide legal advice regarding gambling regulations

Alternative Options

• For players in restricted regions, we offer alternative poker room recommendations where legally available
• Contact our support team for region-specific guidance and alternatives
• VPN usage policies are determined by individual poker rooms, not ProRakeback

Program Modifications

• ProRakeback reserves the right to modify tier rates with 30 days advance notice
• Changes to participating rooms will be communicated immediately
• Existing players will be grandfathered for 60 days on rate changes

Account Integrity

• One account per person, household, and IP address
• Collusion, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity results in immediate program termination
• ProRakeback works with poker rooms to ensure fair play standards

Dispute Resolution

• All disputes must be reported within 30 days of the disputed period
• Disputes are resolved based on official poker room data
• Final decisions rest with ProRakeback management

Program Termination

• Players may exit the program at any time with 30 days notice
• Outstanding payments will be processed according to normal schedule
• Re-entry to the program may be subject to additional requirements
